Over the weekend we celebrated Ava’s 4th birthday and of course, she chose to have a princess themed birthday party! With pinks and golds, tutus and crowns, we had a party that was fit only for a princess and her besties. And Elsa made an appearance too ;)

When the kids first got there, they all did some sword fighting, decorated their crowns (we found stick on gems and jewels which meant no mess crafting) and then we sat down for some pizza and fancy apple cider for lunch. After a eating and little more playing, Elsa arrived to read the kids Frozen 2, sing some songs, do some dancing and at the end, she did some princess makeup for the little girls! We ended with a princess crown pinata (in the rain, I might add), the most beautiful gold and pink princess cake and cupcakes and each of the girls went home with an iloveplum tutu as their princess party favor and bows and wands and purses and headbands and basically, accessories galore! The boys went home with a dress up king’s cape and a sword!

It was a princess party we will never forget and by the look on Ava’s face the entire time, we definitely made all of her princess dreams come true!
