Family Halloween Costumes 2023

This was the first Halloween we didn’t dress as a family (so sad) but as Ava grows, it’s truly such an incredible thing to watch her grow into her own little person, find her likes and dislikes and make her own decisions. And this year, she wanted to dress up as Princess Lolly from Candyland and the boys did not so family costumes officially came to an end.

So bittersweet.

The one thing I did get to do, though, was a partial family Halloween costume since the boys (well, and Ava) are absolutely obsessed with the new Ninja Turtles movie. I think this is the first movie they’ve ever wanted to watch over and over and over and with that, we had the perfect family costume idea for me and the boys. And this was Mac’s first Halloween (last year he was a genie belly inside of me) so dressing up with him was something I 100% was going to do no matter what. Adding the extra boys in there was a fun bonus ;)
