In the past we've always just grabbed the prettiest kids cup or the color plate Ava likes without much thought to it and most of the time, I end up not liking what I've bought, I buy more and the cycle goes around and around and around. Anyone else? But I finally got my act together and actually found products I truly love and will actually work well for our family, and I'm here to tell you about three b.box kids meal-time products you just have to.
First of all, a couple of things I’m super confused about when it comes to dishes...
1. How does such a tiny little human being who eats next to nothing create so many freaking dishes?
2. Where do all of the kids cups go? They must all grow legs at night because they seem to disappear daily.
Like actually, we don’t even bring Ava’s cups with us when we leave the house but somehow, they disappear from our home at the same rate the peanut butter and chocolate chips disappears (except I know where all of that goes...straight into this mama’s belly). And because of all of that up there, I feel like we’re buying kids cups and plates and forks and spoons like every week. And every time I buy something new, there’s something about it I don’t like and if I do love it, then Ava refuses to use it (typical, right?).
But this week, all of our problems were solved because we got to try out some b.box kids meal-time products and let me tell you, I'm hooked. All of these b.box products are BPA, Phthalates and PVC-free kids eating products and they're baby and toddler essentials you need to add to your kitchen like now. Like right now. So here they are, the 3 kids kitchen products you need to add to your home:
1. Straw Sippy Cups (but even better)
Want to know what the best straw sippy cups for babies and toddlers look like? Here ya go. They don't leak and the rubbery, weighted straw makes it nice and easy for kids to get every last drop. Pretty cool, huh?
I don't know about your kids, but somehow Ava's plate always ends up on the floor. She turns or flails or arms and poof, it slides right off. But not these highly recommended kids plates from b.box. Their rubbery liner makes it stick to the table and they've got sections for your kids' foods, because we all know that foods become toxic when they touch each other (joke...that was a joke, just in case you didn't get it).
3. Four-in-One Kids Straw Bowls
Yep, you heard that right and not gonna lie, I've been using this one for my own cereal too. So if you haven't seen these before, take a close look. When you kiddo finishes cereal, instead of tipping it back and spilling milk all over the place, all they have to do is sip up the extra milk through that nifty little straw and voila, all of the milk nutrients are now inside your toddler's body and they have fun doing it. (This mama has fun with it too).
